Kind of funny that you people think that people are complaining about every single match not being on stream. Seems to me more like people complaining that there's barely any good players on stream the entire day. There's no excuse for that. EG: This johnny cage vs erron black match, you're telling me there's no one else that could be on stream better than this right now? lmao okay.
Barely any good players on stream all day? What have you been watching? We've seen DJT, REO, PL, Pig, Blind Ducky, BioHazard, Big D, Michelangelo, etc. I'm sure there's ones I've missed because I haven't been watching from the start. Tons of top players have had matches streamed.

guys watch ki semis, mkx isnt worth it right now. not even blaming it, 1000+ entrants for a 3 month old game, of course the bracket is not stacked with killers. ill tune back in at quarters or semis.

Not to mention that this game is barely 3 months old, of course the seeding will be fucked. There should've been a plan for that but apparently not.
Newcomers always get christened early by the heavyweights. The guys that have been around get seeded higher than the newcomers. Guys that have had success get seeded above them. Past champs and former top 8's get to christen the newcomers.

If it goes like it should, drama escalates as the tournament continues. If a newcomer wins, that become big news and the drama starts early.

Because its seeded so poorly, a lot of those great matchups have already happened - or are right around the corner.

...but they have done well and had success.

Checking who made top 8 is easy. Knowing who is good and seeding accordingly takes work. So, they took the easy path.

That's made even more clear by having no DLC. Stop making excuses for them. Whether its non-fighting game guys running things or giving MKX second class treatment, their lack of effort couldn't be any more clear.
Tournament organizers don't care how good a player is if they hadn't made a top 8. Stop living in the past.

At the very beginning of their pools, and then nothing. I believe we saw literally no one but DJT qualify for winners. Steve Vs. DJT was one of the only 'good player' vs. 'good player' matches we've seen all day. The fuck outta here.

edit: lol, and it instantly improves as soon as KP is put in charge, big surprise.

Are you blind or something?
So you're being rude and quoting a post from the time the stream had to go down because of this in a discussion on how these things add up to a bad experience; especially with a stream with many bad matches being aired with the excuse of no time to choose the good ones?

No, we saw Pig vs Ducky too. You complained about not seeing good players on stream all day, so I just listed several top players who have been on stream. I forgot about Steve by the way, that's another player to add to the list. Your original complaint was flat out wrong.

This is pools, many of pools are people who are not good at the game. Even with that into consideration, we have seen many top players. The fact that you're complaining about not seeing many good player vs good player matches in pools (in a tournament with over 1000 entrants) speaks volumes about your knowledge of how tournaments work. You'll see those matches in the later stages when the killers actually start to meet more often.

I mean you're actually complaining about not seeing top level matches at the start of pools. Like, really?
