Undisputed #1 ScrubBot Worldwide.
Also, the fauxvisibilty is back. Why?
Maybe...you can think of the green, clammy, reptilian skin as him getting goosebumps and feeling physically ill at the sight of his despicable, unworthy opponent...I don't agree but what can I do, I think now is a lizard and NRS will keep him like that, I guess I have to accept that, which means I dislike him now... and it hurts me ;_;
There's many ways a one liner or retort can come off as: cheesy, badass, and then there's cringeworthy. There's a very thin line separating them and if you don't do it well, it's cringeworthy. The delivery and clunkiness in which the actor delivered the line made me eyeroll so hard I felt dizzy. It reminded me of dubbed Dragon Ball ZSeriously? How can people not find that intro dialogue hilarious!?

...maybe?
That's my thought exactly! The music is what's missing TBH. The character n fucking badass and I'm going to play him most likely, I've never liked a male character this much before, them tongue moves OMG!Its amazing how music changes everything and in this case there was no music, that's why no one found it to be hype.
Edit: Reptile looks awesome. Moves look good .
It could be possibly that his going through the same thing Cassie Cage went through( still polishing the animation,etc)?Okay sorry, I really don't wanna be that guy but... what's wrong with some of these animations? They both look stiff as fuck, Reptile in particular looks really unfinished (he probably is, so that's why...). Graphics looked weirder too.. sigh. Very unimpressed. His x-ray was cool though...
The music in this trailer was weird and low, the music is a really important to play with the emotions... I'm sure better music and better sound would've made this trailer 10x hyper! And people still don't realize we have tons of stuff to see from him/Kitan/Kung lao.There was music here, and it was no more or less hype than any of the other music that's been used in these trailers.
I am right there with you. However, I am going to main him regardless. Remember we still need to see all 3 variations and what they do precisely. I think they were just showing us a version similar to MK 9.The Kung Lao dialog at the start was the best part of that trailer by far.
As a big Reptile fan I gotta say I think he looks really bad in this game. His moves seem clunky and slow, his voice is bad, he doesn't have that sweet "I'm slow but I can pounce at any time with incredible speed" thing he usually does.
EDIT: After going over it more, I don't think it's that bad, he's just not as cool as everyone else.
The only thing I didn't like was Reptile's dialogue (I enjoyed Lao's dry humor). It did not give any indication that Reptile has an impact or involvement in the story, just a throwaway threat. I was really hoping that he would have an actual arc this time, but that line didn't give me any hope. Aside from that, it seems that they kept most of his good tools from MK9, and gave him some more useful normals. Hopefully after seeing his variations, he will have moves with even more utility. Glad to have him back, even if he is relegated to his usual inconsequential self, story-wise.Yeah, the intro dialogue...I'm not feeling it.
That's really my only complaint with the trailer. Everything else looks brilliant.
Yeah, the main boss of Deception was reincarnated in his body. Ironically enough he wasn't in the game at all because of that.Between MKDA - MKA did Reptile have any significant in advancing the plot ( Mind you I know nothing about MK lore after MK1- MK3)?
