I don't see why it's bad if Liu Kang is in MKX, he's one of MK most important characters, and ignoring him when we know there'll be a Netherrealm invasion seems weird.
I agree with Dark though, if he is in the game, it's very probable that NRS will keep him a surprise.

Gotta say, I really don't care for any of the female ninja's in the previous game being in (Jade, Kitana, Mileena, Skarlet)... Not that I don't want them- so much as I don't want to deal with what will probably happen:
1) They'd probably redesign their outfits to be more "Cassie Cage" than "Sonya Blade" if you know what I mean
2) This will cause untold amounts of wailing and grinding of teeth on the forum "It's different and therefore it's ruined!"

We need more female characters, but I hope this is by the way of new ones we haven't seen before.

last chance to Skarlet to be in the game, could be as a slightly later DLC option, but if not, ok , let's see who will be the female options NRS gonna chose to be in this game ....

if Tanya, Sareena, Kitana, Mileena or Li Mei , any of these make it as roster part in MKX instead of Skarlet, that's fine then.
