General/Other Congratulations to Relaxed State for Almost Taking a Life Bar in an 8:2 Match Up

I know, I was referring to WC being good against Bane, which would be a troll as it really isn't all that useful against him. I wish it was.
Kyu said Grundy can't even get in on Bane when Bane is in debuff. Are you telling me WC isn't a good move to use to get in on debuff Bane? Because it is. And WC is more useful than a lot of you guys think.

This x's 1000. It's not just an armored grab that Bane can blow up with all sorts of immunity though; it's cancellable into ANYTHING. This is huge in a matchup where your opponent has to get in just as much as you do. And if you catch him on his venom cycle you're likely to still be smashing his head into the ground when he goes into debuff. It's definitely an uphill battle for Grundy but it's not Mt. Everest by any means. WC/WCC could be a worse tool to counter armor with, and s2 is a phenomenal footsies tool in its own right, especially when it can be cancelled into and out of the aforementioned.

Priority or not tyrant is a monster. And wetdoba came into nec with a vengeance. He was playing outstanding. He only lost to cossner (who only beat the best bane on the market right now right after) and myself, should have beat me but I scrubbed it out. But for tyrant he still meets up with guys like nub and slayer on a weekly basis if I remember correctly. The pool was super stacked and guys can simply lose. His spinal is on that godlike though.
100% agree; Tyrant is probably my favorite player of all.

But can we talk about how Bane is supposed to body Green Arrow for free now too, since this thread is useless anyway? Lol

If you're referring to Cossner beating Bio, Bio was playing the MU all wrong. He would have won if I was there to knock some sense into him.

Guys stop talking about Bane in my props thread :p

I approve this thread

Also, on a serious note. I think on the whole , while MMH is a tough MU (as is AM and Sinestro) I could have played a lot better. I've played @EMPEROR_JUPITER and others top MMHs 100S of games.
There was a lot execution errors from me the whole weekend that I don't usually make, and I missed capitalizing the few opportunities I did get.
Both @FOREVER KING and @MF SLAYER played amazing (even for dirty counter pickers :p). Vggs.

I am pumped that I keep doing well and making top 8 , and while getting 7th/5th is an achievement. I feel that 1st-4th is a whole other level of prestige that is my next goal.

I'll be more prepared for the next tournament! (KiT and WB)

Thanks for those who support me, and sorry to those who wanted to see some high level Cyborg (I still use him in certain MUs!) it just didn't happen on stream.

Not at all, it is fantastic when he's in debuff. I'm just saying it's less useful in that match than in others.

Also, Zod is fun for me because he really does require lots of execution, which results in big rewards. Zod is very vulnerable w/o trait and his movement around the stage /in the neutral is lackluster. He lives and dies around being able to put out a perfect iazb or perfectly placed laser at a moments notice. This is challenging, and the smallest mistake (even after 100 perfectly executed specials) can cost you the game (even in the lex MU).

Stop props-fishing for putting @rev0lver on a treadmill the entire match.

Lol jk dude, you gotta do what you gotta do and you both deserve props across the board.

Gesture Required Ahead

Get on that hook
"would have had to kneel, put some chap stick on their pretty lips, pucker up, and kiss one of this man's clean, soft, and shaven buttocks. "

So what you're saying is that you do shave your butt? Hmm I guess that would require tight execution

And LBSH we all know who the real winer was!

I watch every major and regional and you are genuinely one of the most improved players. I used to think "Ahh there's that guy who can do perfect iafbs" but now you've developed into a real contender to win majors. Look forward to seeing what you do for the rest of injustice and in MKX.

Imagine the Bane community and the NW community arguing over the Bane vs NW MU! HOOOO GAWD!!!!
We did that. We agreed to disagree after about 1 page of discussion. Some think its 6-4 Bane, some think its 6-4 NW, but both are winnable for both sides. Only thing we disagree on is the severity of certain aspects, not if they are aspects.

Read the context of the message before you quote me and make a snide comment. If you also believe WC is useless when Bane is in debuff, you too are a fool.
Grundy can't catch Bane on level 3 debuff when he is dashing. How is him going even slower going to help unless Bane is already in the corner (in which case Bane still has options)?
Like if Bane goes level 3 (unnecessary but there) he can clean off 55%, and then literally just outpace Grundy the rest of the time he is on debuff. If Grundy can't catch him in 6 seconds, then it doesn't matter WHAT move he has.

Also what Bane is playing footsies with a Grundy in debuff? Fuck that.
I read the context, by the by. My response doesn't change. WC is still useless against Bane.
Even in debuff. Even in sarcastic debuff.

Day 1 phenomenal grab immune
Wcc can be negated with a well timed command grab with bane. If it whiffs Bane recovers faster if he's on level 3 it'll break it and if I try canceling I get grabbed. On debuff Bane can easily put space between him and Grundy with his backdashes. It really is mostly good in this mu if bane tries playing footsies imo
