This is what Injustice has resorted to? Hype for online sets built up with trash talking only for one player to drop out at the last minute. I fully expect several more threads of this kind to be made before MKX comes out

Wait, this doesn't even make sense. You're going anyway. And Pig has registered. He explicitly said he's still planning on competing and if history taught us anything, he's still going. It's not like it's significantly affecting your plans if it's pending, unless you were going to practice for Zod 24 hours a day, and even then, just put your practice for Zod on hold and if you don't get an answer from Pig (or one of his friends) by say, mid November, you bow out, how about that?

Please don't give me the "I'm too old for this" nonsense when you weren't too old to create a thread to hype up a video game exhibition in which you're putting money on the line and will travel specifically to play said video game. It's dumb.

Unless you're just having second thoughts about your chances, of course.

Yea I'm going, but no one knows for sure if he is attending or not. There is no sense in me giving so much effort into something that may or may not happen as of now. I'll be going for giggles now.

You're obviously going to read into whatever I type too much. I am too old for flip flopping. Either someone is definitely going or they aren't. I'm not going to waste my time on maybes and what ifs.

He said he's still competing and will probably go to KIT and EVO. Again, why don't you give him a couple of weeks to answer and if he doesn't, it's off? Unless you think these couple of weeks are make or break as far as your chances go, in which case I'd question how the hell you were that confident to begin with.

Does that sound fair? Yes or no.

In @TotteryManx defense Pig made it clear he is not interacting with the community at large and was shutting down communication to them. So how would he reach out to start with? I agree he has room to question if this is still on or not. But Tottery you have to give it more than a day, see if Lord of the Fly can answer for him or something. If Pig doesn't even want that then I guess it is off.
