Sooo what's the scene like here? I played a couple of guys from the CMUKen group, but they didn't seem to really care much for Injustice or Mortal Kombat.

I used to live in Houston and played a lot with the Kombat Houston (KH) guys. My mains were Liu Kang, Raiden, Johnny Cage, and I play a bit of Shang Tsung, Scorpion, and Kabal.

We should definitely get a regular scene going on up here, have mini-casual tournies, streams, etc...

I'm up in Mt. Washington and would be down to host. I have a PS3 and a 360, with MK Komplete and Injustice for the PS3. I also have both games for the 360 as well.

For Injustice, I played on a Hitbox and mained Zatanna (I would say I was at least a top 10 tier Zatanna online, or at least really decent/above average) and Green Lantern, and played a few other characters just for fun. I borrowed the Hitbox from my room mate though so after I moved to my new location in Mt. Washington I haven't played...In fact I haven't played either MK or Injustice in a few months so I might be ass now lol, but I'm down to scrape that rust off and level up in prep for MK X. Who's with me to rep that Black and Yellow?

Anyway, for my schedule aside from work Monday through Friday, I am free pretty much any time after 7 pm those days, and free on Saturday and Sundays as well. That Salty Saturdays tech? Lol.

Mad hype for this. Even though I'll probably be super garbage and scrubby trying to B312 all day, it'll be nice to get a group going. Anyone have plans to travel to go to MLG or Evo? I would train up with the KH Krew specifically to do that (Been to MLG Dallas, Final Round, a few tournaments in Houston and San Antonio), and would have fun bopping people online after leveling up. If we can have such a thing going here, I would be super down as well.

Well, when I played casuals at their thing they have on Thursdays, there were only like two people who would play with me (I was Green Lantern at the time). One dude was green arrow, and he was super salty and kept calling me names. I think for our set I 30-0'd him. The other guy was Superman, and we played a few good sets (But LBSH...Superman vs Green Lantern is easily 6-4/7-3 haha). At least they humored me by playing some games haha.

Im making my first EVO trip this year. Im not competing because I never got hooked on Injustice. Im just going to Spectate, But Now that MKX is coming I will probably be going every year lol. Im down to train though for sure because I myself am trying to take my skills to a tournament ready level.

With MK I can play decently on a PS2 controller with converter. On Injustice, my preference is Hitbox... Again, I'm hoping to get my own Hitbox soon so I can land them Kabal Dash Cancels more consistently haha.
