Stay Puft
I'm not sure if I get the point of this thread. They both look like they're pretty casual just trying to share tips and gameplay with their subscribers. They support the game and now we're gonna blow them up for not being good? Maaaan. Stuff like this just makes people more afraid to post tech or videos.

I used to make MK videos when I was really bad, luckily I didn't get a thread like this made about me.

Reaper040

Mortal
As always I'm more than open to the idea that I'm not playing the match at a high enough level, but here are my 2 cents for what its worth:

-In a straight up pure zoning war I agree that the one with the life lead can maintain it if they play the game correctly. However, I also think its a lot easier for Batman to navigate through arrow's defensive walls than the other way around. Batman's Forward dash is really good both in terms of distance and recovery, and his trait can be a great tool to cover his way in. Add onto that your fire arrow are only doing .8% chip when he blocks them and you only get three before you have to take a risk reloading them and the fire arrow gauntlet isn't really that scary.
Now arrow navigating the batarang gauntlet on the other hand....its certainly doable but its harder IMO. Batarangs hit mid which means you either jump them or block them, and they do a lot more than .8% chip (especially if he meterburns them). Arrows jump is super floaty which can give him problems here....and trait is just as good defensively if not better than it is offensively. Then there's the final tool which leads to my second point:

-Batman's backdash is a problem for arrow IMO. Possibly his most underrated tool I think. Batman's wakeup game might be terrible, but doing oki on him can be a lot harder than it seems when he can backdash out of a ton of your options. Raw arrow beats it thankfully, but that gets beat by jumping. In general Batman's backdash is also really effective at getting out of arrow's pressure and frametraps also.

Overall I don't think the fight is too awful, especially not compared to some of arrows other matchups, but I would agree with it being 6-4.
The normal 'range do about 2% chip, and MB do about 2.85%

The normal 'range do about 2% chip, and MB do about 2.85%
Actually the non meterburn ones hit twice for 1.5% and 1.38%, so that's more like 2.88%.
If you meterburn it that adds an additional 1.63% pushing you up to 4.51 percent total. If his Meterburn batarangs did 2.85% chip he wouldn't be so scary from midscreen at endgame with a full stick of butter.

Not all publicity is good publicity.

If all Tru3 does is attract a bunch of online scrubs that send me ragemail and call me a "spamming bitch", then they can stay out of my video games.
To be fair I think that is just the online community. People these days expect to jump on find the best character and win, probably due to the prevalence of easy games like COD. As mk9 and injustice were my first fighting games I know that it's pretty damn hard to get your ass kicked every day you log on, when you're used to picking up a game and getting good in a few days. If true gets more people into the game and even a few of them turn out to be decent then he's doing a good thing, besides doesn't he preach against hate mail or something?

But True ISN'T casual. He does it for youtube/twitch money.

And if he was casual, he wouldn't discredit every single you win you take from him just because of his misplaced ego his fans gave him.
