Well, to be fair, he has a point. Sinestro and Raven can win the match sure but its much harder for them than mmh.wow, it's 2014 and dave is still complaining about zoning being bad...
at this point I just think I need to play you more, I feel it could be 5-5, i might just be lacking MU expI don't know why people are stuck in the mindset that MMH is #1 so he must be like Kabal and mad OP.
I also don't like how people say or assume i said something about a MU without asking me. I've run this matchup online and offline like 5000 times. Me, REO, and Jupiter all have it as 5-5 or worse for MMH (not in MMH favor is the point).
MMH has similar block strings but he can open people up off of a guess, EVERY mix up batman does can be blocked on reaction, also.. MMH's full screen control and air mobility makes it very easy to avoid bats.@EMPEROR_JUPITER I know you have a ton of exp in the match-up, but what makes you think MMH beats Batman?
@MITDJT basically this, and his high gun shuts punish pillars from mid to far distance, DS also hangs with him in in trait 3 distance, so basically your goal in this MU would be to counter zone. If its favor to anyone I'd say 5.5 martian advantage.DS number is fine.
Might end up being super slight MMH edge but 5-5 is fine.
As for the OH tele everyone insists on talking about in this matchup.
Sure he gets half life off of OH Tele.

Yea...being able to punish most moves from anywhere, and into 40% + mix ups is quite the tool....this mu looks to have a lot of downplaying.
there is no way superman is even. it's very hard to open up mmh in the neutral game and that's just with orbs. put in trait, teleports, and instant air dashes and it becomes a mess. it's also worse how mmh gets to control all interactables. this match is 6-4 mmh at best.
how are deathstroke, raven, and senistro 5-5 when they can't zone without being risked of eating 40% from a teleport into mmh's uber knockdown game?
Correct me if I'm wrong (literally) but I don't recall REO saying that those matchups were problematic for Kabal except for Jax, which was more to do with the fact that Jax in general thrived on misinformation since he was one of the last characters to have his frame data disclosed.im gonna say something please dont crucify me i know i just got back into the game but i wanna tell jupiter something. i see mk9 reo in you man with these 5-5 mus. REO once thought kabal had lots of 5-5s till i told him to approach those mus in a diffrent way then they became 6-4s. MMH imo wins every match up and if he has 5-5s its alot less than the ones you named i mean he has ALL the tools to not lose to anyone and to beat 90% of the cast. i say approach those 5-5s in a different way and i bet youll turn those 5-5s into 6-4s. there were alot of characters that didnt let kabal play his ''game'' in mk like lao, jax, kang, reptile but he still beat those characters he just had to play different. example you say superman can punish the teleport? ummm stop doing it? dont tell me you cant make MMH work without abusing that move. idk if you are fishing for props by naming all these 5-5s to look likes its you doing all the work or that you really think he has a lot of 5-5s but really man approach those matches in a different cause imo MMH is on the same level as kabal.
IADG is safe if executed properly, but that's not the main reason. I don't think people realize how scary WW is up close either. I can basically chip you from full screen and try to keep you there, but when WW gets in its rock paper scissors, also trying to avoid WW the entire game will eventually push you to the corner. Where her big damage and knockdown game really come in to play. I also need meter for orbs, she doesn't need meter for anything really, d3 stuffs both his wake up teleport and force push if timed right.WoWo is interesting... I certainly don't have that much experience in the match up but I'm definitely subscribed to the KDZ train of thought that MMH is a 6-4, I know Foxy was certain it was 5-5 though. KDZ isn't doing anything wrong exactly, I just feel he hasn't played the WW MMH enough to understand how to shut down mmh's zoning with her, his superman did fine, but me and KDZ haven't played each other as much as people think. He plays him in tournament. They barely play out the MU. There is a difference. If you want to learn a MU you need to sit down and play it out with the person. Grind that shit out. You cannot do that with a 1 or 2 first to 3's once a week.
