The new "Jail" system was introduced to KI a short while ago, it's a punishment for rage quitters, when you quit a ranked match early, you are thrown in jail, you get jailbars as an icon, and you can only then find other players who are in jail for 24 hours, it's a punishment.

However, this asshole ragequit whilst i was slapping him around, but i got thrown in jail instead.
