What do you have to back that statement, who is worse?

Joker is part of a group of characters that can be considered the worst. They are good, but have issues that limit them. See my previous post above.

This is the problem with our community.

Character specialists not speaking up when they know their character and letting a community decide on the tier of the lesser known characters without having a clue of their tools besides a generalisation or two.

Damn it, no such thing as S+ tier in this game.

Joker has a winning matchup or two and only 4 matchups hold him back from tournament play with only about 5-6 people who are actually good with said characters ( in the world ).

People need to realise that the only difference between low high tier and "bottom" is characters having 1 more 7-3 matchup and just not winning matchups 6-4. I don't see 6-4s as a reason for a character to be considered trash and I know people wouldn't listen if I told them some actual Joker matchups because this community is too brainwashed to believe that Joker can go even or beat their respective character.

It's not who is worse, why must there be someone worse? Can he not be in a group of other mid tiers?

There is always a character that is the worse, that does not mean that he is not viable neither that he is not good, just that he is worse than the rest.

In this case there isn't a worse character in general, he is the same as Lobo, Shazam, Scorpion.

I am sure there is a character that is the worst, we are just not sure which one is. BTW: Lobo is really good, not in that category for sure.

I agree with Joker not being ass just like a lot of people say. That character is dirty in the corner, his tools may not be the best but they either are ass. I play a grat joker player very often and trust me, he is not the worst character. Just like Qwark28 said... Why not a low tier characters group? Just like we have a big ass mid tier characters group.

I completely agree with this list. Aquaman is a bit questionable but even then he REALLY doesn't have a losing matchup.

Aquaman isn't S+ when he loses to KF and maybe some others. S+ consists of MMH only IMO.


But other than that, I can't really disagree with the list.
