People are mentioning Frost and WW for down 2 but the other nominees can also use their down 2 for footsies not just anti-airing

False info. Lex only takes no chip on Lv3 Trait. Though the chip is still reduced in Lv 2.

Another Harley vote! Thanks for your replies guys it seems that the votes are all over the place I think that's great to see thought they'd be more straightforward.

I'm going to go ahead and post my votes but I won't count them

Best Down 2 - hawkgirl (fast, good range, can do short combo after)
Best Back 3 - Sinestro (hard to make a decision but this is the one I have most experience with)
Best Forward 3 - Deathstroke (Crosses up)
Best Trait - Lex (no chip lv3, easy to setup, can be used for offense or defense, short regeneration)
Best Teleport - MMH (hard to punish, ghost hitbox, hard to react, leads to great damage)
Best whiff punisher- Superman ( all purpose, debatably best string in game)

When it comes to the d2, what are you basing it on?

KF can use her d2 in footsies/pressure because it safe, its one of the faster d2s in the game, its one of the better d2s that AAs in the game, and she gets a vortex after landing it
