It does amazing chip damage and builds insane amounts of meter. And it's only a 5 second cooldown. It would be ridiculous if you couldn't knock her out of it. Although she's gonna have trouble traiting against teleporters, she's free to harass Catwoman, Grundy and Flash while full screen. While dominating Lobo as well; he has zero answers for her trait. So it's almost even between characters she can't use trait on without huge risk and characters that offer almost no risk against her traiting.
So I've seen that she can cancel into back teleport on blocked strings and be 100% safe, so she can put distance in between her and her opponent at any time she feels like it. And she has a vortex, and huge cross-up potential with her hover and clones that can lead to that vortex. I'm not seeing her apparent low damage either, her 1 bar BnB is 41%... the same as Raven.
I think she is going to be scary to deal with. At least with Harley I won't have to worry about her full-screen game, though, whew.
