The guy in the chair is max. What happend was Noel was playing a match against a Philly player and was losing on the other station. Smooth Viper started making fun of Noel's play (Around this time MvC3 was new and Noel was winning lots of locals and letting his ego blow up) and when Noel lost he sucker punched Eric (smooth viper). Noel claims he punched him because eric was messing with his phone but as you can clearly see eric was nowhere near his phone.

This whole thing angered me because that samba de amigo cabinet was destroyed as a result of this fight and that was a game I played in between tournament matches to relax the nerves.
