Do you remember when kabal along with a few others where considered shit early and now they run shit? Keep in mind that the game won't be played the same when more stuff gets discovered as time goes by.

Exactly, people are just sleeping on them and not using them at all, just because they're more difficult to use than Superman, Batman, and a few others.

There really isn't much to elaborate on. Her zoning isn't on par with most of the cast, and as to options up close there's little to none. Allow me to ask you this; how many Hawkgirls do you see showing up to tournaments?

-He needs buffs
-He needs to be able to dash out an air heat vision
-He needs to be able to fake a heat zap
-His trait should last longer
-His f2d13 should hit overhead after the d1
-Scoop on block should be +11
-f23 needs slightly longer range
-His d2 should simply be a special laser that Superman throws with his eyes in a diagonal motion. (Infinite range so that it reaches characters who fly)
...Please NRS he needs all this.

It's not so much as who is the worst but who has the steepest uphill battle against the top five a the highest level.


That can be said for the majority of the cast as any character not in the top 10 will struggle in their own way. Some will do better with their given toolset and some will do worst.


And lets not forget about the person behind the character. ChrisG makes Green Arrow viable and reVolver makes Lex Luthor look S tier.

ANY character with a 6 frame D1 that extends like two feet, a 10 frame D2 that extends ALL THE WAY to the crease in her back, and the ability to interrupt strings with an invincible frame combo starter is HELLA SOLID. Speak to my victims at Evo if he doesn't think HG players exist and are ready to wreck the shit out of the top tier...

imo Joker has potential, he just needs a little nudge in terms of buffs, nothing ridiculous to make him brain dead, but he definitely has potential. The same goes for Lobo.


However in terms of the worst i would say Lex, really predictable setups that are easy to escape, his dash is good but really baitable

Yes this! Emperor Dark has a sick ass Joker...I know it's mostly Dark's talent but Joker def. has some dirt and can hang with people. I'd say Lobo isn't as bad as everyone is making him out to be...quite frankly I'm starting to think every character in the roster has dirt in some or another and can be viable. It really doesn't matter what character, imo, it's about who has the most patience and the best guesses.

When people actually played it seriously where I live, they said he was one of the worst. But still though. Characters evolve over time so it's really no point in sizing everyone up when there is still much more to be learned.

Well after the removal of the block infinite people were saying he was mid-tier at best, so not exactly "considered" top the entire length of the game's span.
