General/Other - Jax Jax Normals Still Whiff...

I got the patch on Xbone and against crouch blocking Cassie a lot of his normals still weirdly whiff the same way they always have. Did i misinterpret what the patch was supposed to do or did the patch do nothing?

I haven't fully tested it out, but it appears to me that they fixed the issues with whiffing mids, but did absolutely nothing with the issues with whiffing highs.

Mids seem to hit more consistently, highs still whiff on crouch blocking opponents such as Cassie and Scorpion as much as they ever did.
