He's a character that I think would be amazing in this game.

Things about Gentleman Ghost:
-He's actually more of a smarmy dick than a gentleman
-He's has an accent that varies from fancy english to thick cockney
-He loves the hoes
-He's evil mostly because he really has nothing better to do
-He's immortal
-He's mainly a villain of Hawkman, but he's branched out to other heroes
-He has a ghost horse
-He looks classy as a motherfucker
Now he definitely isn't a common or popular character by any means, that doesn't make him any less awesome.

My ideas for him if he were to be put into Injustice:
Teleport:
-Idea 1: He takes off his hat and throws it, vanishing(fades) and reappearing under his hat after a certain distance.
-Idea 2: He laughs while fading away, then materializes at a certain point depending on the button used. if you hold up, up-left, or up-right he will appear on that side above the opponent, giving him the ability to do an air attack if they don't react quickly enough.
Walkspeed and Dash:
-Walk: medium-slow, twirls cane while walking.
-Dash: one quick step, covers a lot of range but is kind of slow.
-Air Dash: he walks a short distance on air, similar to Hsien Ko's air dash but much more dapper, can be canceled by an attack or by pressing down. Cannont air dash backwards.
Ground Normals:
-Style: Fast pokes, fencing style with his cane sword.
-Low attacks: most of his low attacks should have short to medium-short range except one good sweep attack.
-All of his attacks should look smooth and fancy.
Air Normals:
-He should have a wide downward swinging cane attack that has good priority, think the jump punch from MK9 but much better.
-An in air cane blast that changes his jump trajectory by either stopping all forward motion in a forward jump or sending him backwards in a neutral or backwards jump. It works as a way to get out of some situations or to just keep people off of you.
Grab:
-Forward: Grabs the oppenent by the neck and lifts them up, does a twice hitting front-to-back hand slap then throws them away.
-Backward: He swings with his fist at them before vanishing, as they flinch he appears behind them, stabs them in the stomach from behind, then kicks them off of his cane sword.
Specials:
-Invisibility: Turns completely invisible to both players, the next non-projectile based attack will do 50% more damage.
-Flinlock pistoles: fast and similar to Stryker's pistols, can be ducked.
-Fire ball: He shoots a slow moving ball of fire from his cane, if it connects it will put the opponent in a burning animation(similar to scorpions hellfire, though a projectile and blockable) this doesn't stun then and they can still block while in the animation.
-Soul summon: He points his cane to a point on the ground determined by button press and summons souls upwards. If you hold any of the button down to charge after 1.5 one of the other two selectable spots will activate, so if you position it directly in front of you and hold, the next spot after that will also summon the soul projectiles, and holding it long will cause the third and last spot to become usable and the move automatically activates. Ex causes all 3 to go automatically, and if you charge it for 2 seconds the souls that shoot up will come back down directly behind their emission point, also comboing if the opponent is hit by one of the first three.
-Damned soul: He takes off his hat, send a soul out of it, if the soul hits the opponent it takes off a bar of meter. Ex makes this move enemy seeking.
-Death touch: A command grab, he put his magic flame covered hand out to grab the face of the opponent, if it connects the opponent will slouch to their knees stunned. High priority but slow. Ex gives this move a hit of armor but a shorter stun state.
-Command taunt buff: He spins his cane and taps it on the ground twice, he becomes partially covered in magical fire for 5 seconds. He can no longer block but his physical attacks do 50% more damage and his projectiles do 50% less.
-Phase: He turns intangible and phases through the opponent, switching sides and stunning them in a frozen state.(KombatNerd)

Intangibility: Gentleman Jim becomes noticeably more translucent and is completely invincible for 7 seconds, only his projectile attacks can harm the opponent and they do 50% more damage and chip but can still be blocked and dodged.
Super:
-He knocks the opponent on the head with his cane, summons his ghost horse, ties the opponent to the back of his saddle by ghost rope and drags them down to hell where he runs them through fire, demons, and various hazards before jumping back out of hell to the stage and having his horse kick them off of the rope with its back legs.
Extra:
-Whenever he gets hit he briefly turns into his "black" form, an ugly rotten corpse form, ripped black suit and decayed skin.
