At first i thought these controls had no use at all, then i lab hellfire.
What does it do? It makes all your specials have more directional inputs. For example : To perform spear while these controls on is ⬅ ⬃⬇⬊➩. In another words a half of circle.Without it would just be BF1
So, what does it do do scorpion? Well two things. Spear cannot come out if you were to input the fireball cancel too fast and you can now do B1 and B3 out of a fireball cancel instantly. Without the controls If you were to try do to b1 off a fireball cancel, you would get another fireball. If you tried B3 you'll get teleport. Playing on these controls help decrease the errors alot
