Any reason why interactibles wont turn off?

I know there is an option before picking a map, but whenever I select it and go into game, they just remain on. This is especially annoying when doing verses.

Am I missing something?

Maybe the other person has to deactivate them too? I haven't tried yet

NRS wants to torture you with interactables. It is all a lie. You cannot deactivate them unless you recite every MK character in alphabetical order... backwards! Dun Dun DUN! Haha. I don't know what the problem is because I usually just leave them on.

When you play online and your opponent has them on... they default to on.

If you have them off, and your opponent has them on and you get your map, does the stuff still stay on?

If so thats horrible horrible game design.

They only shut off if BOTH players have them set to off. Like how some kombat codes in MK9 only worked if both players put them in.

That is kind of undesirable. Hopefully they patch it so that if you win the stage the interactables turn off as a result. I mean it is only fair.

Ive noticed in offline matches even if the other player doesnt even choose a map the stuff still stays on. Do both players really have to turn them off and select the same map?
