Actually, now that I think about it I wouldn't be surprised if Quan-Chi was a guest fighter in this. Yeah everyone says Scorpion or Sub-Zero or both but think about it, Harley and Quan we're gonna be DLC in MK vs DCU before Midway went bankrupt. Now they have Harley in this game (of course) so they could make Quan a DLC guest fighter.

This is just pure speculation of course. *shrugs*
