Geras has been controversial for a while.. I remember on the podcast we did about the tier list, King Jr./Burrito Vorhees (who mains him) thought Geras was low-tier. A lot of others had him higher. What changed recently is the addition of the visual display for hourglass/sands of time charge...

I just found out about it this week. The expo is also on the exact same dates as Texas Showdown, and EVO Japan, both of which have more promotion within the FGC, so that's probably part of the reason why.

I guess we'll see how people deal with him. Imo, he feels like he's built to not need much help in neutral. Good footsie-range normals, good midrange space control, and mobility. In the hands of a good player his base kit should be highly effective.

I’m trying to figure out why people are calling 40-45% for 0 or 1 bars with 1 kameo low. That’s perfectly fine.
