If you lived in the 90's and watched the old films when they where being played, then you know what I'm going to talk about. Some here were TOO young or not even born back then. The lack of internet, meant we went to see the 1995 film without knowing anything about it... Just 3 or 4 promo...

For me it was a 7 or 7,5 out of 10. Some (not many) fight scenes could be longer . My biggest complain was the music. If there was a less generic, more upbeat score, it would elevate the fight scenes. As far as Simon's direction goes, EVERY "horror" like scenes and edits were pure gold ! ...

I honestly believe that if Cole Young wasn't there, 70% of the people who watched the film would say "REALLY? Liu Kang??? Again..?!??!" . And I'm a Liu Kang fan...

Apparently, Joe Taslim has a 5 movie contract, so MK 2021 is the 1st of ,possibly, 4 sequels to come. Also, the Sidney premiere had Sisi, Josh & Simon as guests. All of whom spoke just before the film started. PS: I got a little jealous watching all these...

I love that Kevin Tancharoen left his mark on the final product... The Japanese/Chinese speaking in the intro. It brings so much ,for me, to the film.

That sounds awesome... I wish it turns out to be true. So far I've seen two (deliberately) bad reviews from "haters", and some others that give me the impression of a 7,5/10 movie...
