REO should be #1... I think him destroying PL in this last EVO was the difference. He just has so many more tournament wins than PL, despite not winning an EVO. Its also hard seeing 16-bit above a guy like CD Sr, who absolutely trashed him in the 5v5 tourney... I agree he didn't go to enough...

CD Jr also didn't play the character that got him here, he switched from scorpion... and btw CD Jr also beat Chris G twice at next level battle circuit...

is there somewhere to see who made top 32, or a live bracket? any kind of results or anything???

why didn't CD Jr use Jax vs REO Kabal? A) He's better with Jax than Kung Lao B) Jax is a better matchup vs. Kabal than Kung Lao C) Doesn't he always beats REO's Kabal with Jax? I still think CD Jr is the best - when he plays with Jax and counter picks Jax's bad matchups.

if CD Jr had used Jax against Kabal, REO would have finished 3rd place. CD Jr just isn't that good with Kung Lao.

yeah great play 16 bit, you actually played great in the Kenshi matchup. what a terrible matchup for Kitana though.

They will jump out, no? even if you HIT with a D3, you're follow up f24 can be crossed over, so on neutral they should be able to cross you over. You have to really respect the crossover as Raiden. Do people use his jab start to stop cross overs? 121?

vs. Kung Lao, if he teleports and you have meter, can I just use Ex-SC or Ex-RK? I seem to have problems with the Pig of the Hut tech, always seems to turn around even when I don't think I am hitting any directions.

In theory, you could get hit out of wakeup ND in the 12-18th frame. where as Ex ND wakeup you cannot get hit out of. I swear though I been hit out of wakeup ND in the very early frames, maybe it was the very first frame?

Yeah this took me a while to get this because of the other characters I play. Raiden is not a very good pressure character. Its easy to get crossed up while doing the wrong move and put into a 30-40% combo or even if you block the JIP they can throw you after. Instead of continued pressure, dash...

what about a d1 if they attempt to jump? that should catch them i would think after a d3 lands, what about at neutral frames? and is this a viable tactic or is the difficulty of trying to combo after a d1 as they are jumping make this not a viable strategy?

So if you are playing Jax and you are ready for him to jump at you from fairly close distance, too close to back dash then superman. do you pretty much just have to use ex shocker? JK -> back breaker is a lot of damage and his jump kick has incredible priority and range.

awesome.... everytime I d3 on hit they were jumping my F24, and it made me very, very angry lol.... so this will teach the basterds to block!

do you sometimes need to dash after landing the 2, before doing d4 xx rk? or will d4 always land.

damn raiden anti air sux. i land the 1 but VB doesn't connect. and kicks beat the 1 pretty easily. i think this is why even top level raidens are forced to jump a lot, NJP / air to air.... even BWizz jumps a lot i noticed.
