Heys guys. I rarely post here much, lurk most of the time. I'm not trying to plug my work, but I thought it'd be nice to show you this comparison of a Sub-zero design I did in 2011 when MK9 came out, and my revised one this year, now MKX is out. I actually posted that original one here as well...

This is good. NRS are trying new things and that is enough for me to accept it. Who knows, some of the stuff that works in Injustice may make it's way to MK and make it better.

That quote alone gives me hope as I was beginning to think that the arena stuff could be gimmicky like in MKDC. At the minute it's looking quite bland, but it's early days. I hope this is good and keeps their momentum riding from MK9.

If you animated it like the endings in MK9 it wouldn't be bad. Like in After Effects. We were just looking at animating artwork at Uni. This does sound good, although I wouldn't necessarily be able to continue on what with Uni work coming up, but that doesn't stop everyone else :)
