Hi TYM. I've been playing mk9 nonstop for almost 2 years now, and all the discussions on this site have helped me go from scrubby noob to half decent fighter. With mkx on the horizon, i thought now would be a good time to officially join the community for real. A little about me:
My mains are kitana, smoke, sub, and scorpion (yes, I'm a sucker for the palette swaps lol), though if i had to pick one, it would be either kitana or smoke, as i have the most success with them. My just-for-fun characters are ermac, rain, noob, and quan.
I do NOT play IGAU. Period.
Never been to a tourney, but i would love to go to one sometime, work schedule permitting. More importantly, i am DYING to find an offline scene to play mk9/X with. So if anybody here is in the north virginia/dmv area, plz hit me up!
Lastly, a special thanks to tombrady, 16bit, slips, and wafflez for the hours of tourney footage and tutorials I've watched to help me learn my mains. If anybody wants to play some games, I'm on psn for ps3 nearly every night as Gito666.
