I'm thinking a large majority of them will be assist characters.

I don't think it's 100 playable characters tho, some of them might be assist types. 3DS is region locked.

It's either going to be mostly assist or 100 shallow crapy characters. smells like ninja storm to me

I really like the 2d gameplay for Dragonball, never liked the budokai series because of the 3d.

Why the hate on 3DS? "3DS" systems way better than the Vita lol. Not to start a portable war but come on...DS/3DS has UMK3, SSF4, Smash, Zelda, Mario, Pokemon shit ton of other great games I'd be here all day lol? I still remember UMK3 for DS was fucking AWESOME! Now I play Smash often to rotate with MK 9 til MK X hits.

Vita I literally played one game, take a guess what that is? lol MK9...yep.

This does look interesting, not a huge DB fan but I did enjoy Dragon Ball GT way back for the PS1...remember that game? I loved the whole charging hamahama HA! move where you had to button mash rapidly to out shoot beam the other guy. Though did you say 100 characters? ehhh hate to say it but fighters with more than 50(MVC2, MKA anyone?) are known to be broken...so good luck balancing that lol

The game just looks hella fun with a creative story taken from Akira's alternate timelines story which he imployed into the MMO.
If you're looking to practice at a DBZ game then I feel sorry for you son.
