It was an action movie but it still had a lot of dialogue. Gina had to deliver a lot of lines in that movie and, again, she did fine.

Hey Hollywood, you don't need to mute the color on the heroes costumes to match the gritty atmosphere, in fact the contrast can make it stand out more in a stylized way. Heck they do it all the time in horror films with the killer wearing bright red in a color muted world. Heck Sin City makes money doing it.

I was real skeptical about Gal being Wonderwoman in this movie. So far I'm relieved after seeing this picture. There's nothing here that I dislike.

Eh, she's supposed to be an Amazon, armor usually isn't colorful, and colored costumes can look campy in live action films. They're probably also going for the "dark" theme DC seems to love.

Marvel is doing fine with their colorful outfits, including a "loud" Red, White and Blue Captain America. Also, while the Amazonian outfit isn't colorful, since she has the "W" on her belt I assume she's "Wonder Woman" already and not Princess Diana of Themyscira come to help the World of Man. Not to mention the breastplate looks like a really washed out red so there is SOME color to it.


Edit: Yeah she is in her Red/Blue outfit but the colors are SOOOOO washed out that you can't even tell. It's the way they washed out the image and not the outfit itself.

I didn't literally mean colorless, I meant that the color's a lot more subtle and discreet, instead of the flashier comic costume.

But they brightened up Superman's Blue from MoS to this which is evident even in his washed out image. The washed out images are hiding the color but the costumes appear to be brighter.
