Nope. Pushups do not give you your entire body weight, and is a limiting threshold. It has it's uses, but not in getting swole. Toned yes.
Unless you do handstand pushups, but that angle really works more of your deltoids, traps, triceps. Plus we all know that I don't do pushups, I do earth downs.
