Yeah, it's not bad at all. Really, both characters just try to put the other in the corner and take entire life bars so it can easily end on a few good guesses by the DS player.
i think he actually wins that MU. she can't punish low guns until she gets into batwheel range and since d1 and low guns have the same startup, you can easily bait out a smoke bomb with it. also if he does a 12 flip ender, dashes up twice and holds up back, all her reversals get blown up. if she batwheels, you land on her with a j3, if she does dp it whiffs and you can land and punish, if she smokebombs it whiffs and you get a 50/50, if she does bat evade you can do air guns to punish. in neutral he has better buttons and he can beat out batwheel in neutral with standing 3.

She has no reason to smoke bomb unless you are being super predictable with gunshots. She can always get in against DS, so he is forced to deal with her mixups eventually. She can bait his wake ups just as easily and punishes with vortex. He is very reliant on meter while she doesn't need to use it too much at all.
i could see him around 10 along with doomsday superman sinestro deathstroke flash black adam batgirl batman bane ww, all below mmh zod and aqua, some of those like supes wonder woman and batman seem to be the most versatile without any glaring holes. Batgirl i am not sure aboout and sinestro is pretty goddamn good.
Again more reasons why DS is not top 10 lol and GL has everything but movement. His lack of mobility makes him fair.
yea GL lack of mobility fucks him in all zoning wars. but if GL is in 3 4ths of range or closer then he is good if he is in 2 4ths he is a problem. He has really good tools and his damage is nice
The main reason I feel like she beats him is her vortex. That's it. Otherwise they're a pretty even match.
