i mean she does not have a overhead but but she has high low mixup and a throw and when she puts u in a reset siutation in term of in the air she can do the same thing in a non reset situation
so can a dozen characters. her plus frames are comparable to necallis/chuns, her dive kick is similar to kens and worse than chuns, her shimmy is worse than kens, she doesn't have a command grab like mika, and her walk speed while good isn't the best.
ex hooligan strike puts u airborne and u can knock them out of the air and go low or do a throw.
unless theyre using it in a combo that's not a mixup they've gotta start it with a mid, and in that case its not a high low mixup its just a reset. every character has something similar.
Cammy has everything you need to win in this game. I don't know what mario is saying about high low mixups, her mixups are more front/back or strike/throw.
