Now that the beta has confirmed to have started, I feel like a thread listing players and platforms is definitely warranted, unfortunately I am in no person to keep tabs on it or keep it up to date. Does anyone agree?

We'll keep this open as a general discussion type thing, as other threads have already popped up.

I like the new breaker change. Creates some space and saps all stamina so that maybe defensive characters have a slight edge after a break (which they so sorely need).

I agree. It would have been better if breaking didn't cost stamina at all. I don't understand why the attacker is punished for landing a combo that is subsequently broke. Just let both players keep their stamina. It also keeps the pace of the game going and fair.
The reason breakers cost stamina is not to balance breakers, but to balance running, back dashing, and interactable usage, but mostly running. If you know you need stamina to break, then you'll be more hesitant to rush down your opponent with the run mechanic.

It's tantamount to each other.
In current build: Kotal broke A-List to fullscreen. Johnny throws balls and Kotal parries.
Your build: Kotal broke A-list to fullscreen. Kotal has to guess or endure the schenanagains again.
