We don't know Brook. I don't know why they would just give us a free converter. Additionally, we don't sell converters, we sell Hit Boxes. We are not going to advertise for 3rd party products because we have no control over that. We test a converter and it works, we say the Hit Box is Brook converter compatible. You buy the Hit Box because of this and the Brook converter but the converter doesn't work for you for whatever reason. Well we just sold you the controller based on a false promise.

I understand that it's frustrating for you, but we cannot be held liable for the quality of a product we have no affiliation with. Now, if we sell you a PS4 Hit Box and we say it's PS3 compatible and it isn't, well that's totally our fault because that's our malfunction and it's our hardware. The Brook converter is not our hardware. I hope you can understand our position.

I can answer this!

The hitbox art IS printed on the plexi, but you can request a clear plexi instead when you order. (Also I can get you the photoshop templates for the HB)

Or you can do what I did and get a vinyl sticker printed. I did it via midwest decals (I could pick it up for you and bring it to the monthly) for 30 bucks.

Taking it apart is a pretty simple process, rewiring the buttons is pretty easy. Everything is color coded and written down on the inside. I might make a video guide soon since there really isn't one out there.

It is indeed printed directly on the plexi. If you want a blank plexi you'll have to shoot us an email at [email protected], Shawn and Dustin know the availability of that stuff.

You wouldnt be advertising for brook, its a mutual relationship where brook compatibility would help HB sales and vice versa.

You could test and see if they are compatible and put it in the details somewhere with a caveat. It doesnt mean you have guaranteed compatibility with a 3rd party device at all, companies do this all the time.

Anyway Im not trying to tell you how to run your business, just my two cents. Frustrating for those in my situation because I cant test without dropping $200 on a non-refundable product. Oh well ill just keep using my HC4 for now

I have the Cronus max that @upfish and I could test but that wasn't really what you were asking. Plus I just wanna take his hitbox for a weekend lol

Look, I'm not trying to be an asshole. By putting it on the website and telling people it is compatible we actually do guarantee it. There's this law about false advertising where it's illegal to claim a product does a thing it doesn't actually do. If you bought a Hit Box BECAUSE of Brook converter compatibility and we told you it was compatible, we are legally obligated to uphold that claim. It doesn't matter if the Hit Box was compatible or not, we wouldn't put that in the product description because we have no affiliation with that product and cannot personally as a company guarantee it.

This is simply not true. Im not talking about a guarantee. Im talking about a reference to compatibility with a 3rd party device, possiblly with caveats (hardware type/firmware versions). This IS done all the time by a lot of companies.

Like I said I'm not saying you need to do this or its stupid that you aren't. Just my 2 cents, obviously my opinion is biased because of the forementioned.

I have actually been thinking about selling the other. The only thing it does that the new one doesn't do is XBOX 360, which I don't really use anyways. I'd be willing to negotiate

Probably the Titan One. It's what I use and haven't had any problems.

Edit: But I use a PS3/PC hitbox. I have to use my Titan One when playing BlazBlue on PS4.

Can't you confirm if your ps3/pc hitbox works on xbox one with the Titan One?

It does and with no timeout like it does on the PS4.

Also to use your Mic (non headset/USB port Mic) you have to use a different controller than the one you used to connect the hitbox. After that you have to go to settings, devices & accessories and then assign your controller to you. Your Mic will then work with the hitbox and titan one.

Hey I got my Titan One today but I can't get my ps3 hitbox to work on it. Think you could help me out sometime?
