This has happened to me too! I put it in the Zod General Discussion thread the day the patch came out.
It seems to be rare and not happen every time. I also re-installed the patch (on my PS3) and it hasn't happened since. I know some peoples patch downloads didn’t come out perfect because GTAV online screwed EVERYTHING up that day.
