News has been released today regarding the reveal of another Injustice 2 character.

Xavier Woods, Kofi Kingston, Bayley and Sasha Banks took a tour of Netherrealm studios and will be announcing an Injustice 2 character this coming Monday.

As we will also be getting a reveal this Thursday, this means that we will be treated to 2 reveals within 4 days.

I think we'll still be getting a reveal this week. They didn't say they'd be announcing the NEXT character, just a new one. Still a bunch of the roster left to be revealed, so it'd be weird for NRS to decide not to do one this week as well.

I don't know about this news. The Injustice website was apparently updated to show that the next reveal was supposed to be the 9th. YouTubers made speculation videos on that, and then the date switched back to the old 3/2/17, which was Dr. Fate's reveal.

My best guess is that the next trailer will be Shattered Alliances part 2, and we'll get a Legacy character that hasn't been confirmed (Green Lantern? Adam maybe?).

In any case, I'm sure Tyler (NRS community specialist) knows what a media fail the last Shattered Alliances trailer was, for fighting game fans, but WB/NRS insists on them, in order to sell to casuals (and I 100% agree). So yeah, Shattered Alliances 2 on 3/9 with a Legacy character, and then a new character on 3/13. A grappler makes the most sense, but I. have no idea who.

They could technically wait until 3/13 to show us more, but if they do, it's another advertising fail, imo.

Weird way to reveal a character. Either way, I got Fate, i'm content. Don't really mind waiting until the next reveals, but I am curious to see when they're going to do that gear stream.

CabooseXBL (a YouTuber that does a lot of WB-related game content) says that he reached out to an NRS official and confirmed that we are getting a reveal on the 9th AND the 13th.

My guess: 9th is shattered alliances part 2 w/ a little bit of Green Lantern footage. 13th is probably a new character like Firestorm or Captain Cold.

Was this the same group of idiots they got to do some early access playing for MKX? It was nothing but annoying, fake Youtube bullshit filled with X-Rays and Fatalities. Nothing more.

It was AWFUL. Hoping this isnt that.

Xavier Woods is actually a huge fighting game fan (and video game fan in general). These are actually pretty good celebrity choices to promote the game.

Bane makes sense. Woods is a wrestler. Bane is a grappler. The only thing is. Bane was already confirmed BUT, Shattered Alliances was Cyborg's ''reveal'', so I wouldn't put it past them. The only question is, who's the other guy (or girl)?

They said it's a character reveal, not a character breakdown. They would piss off a lot of people by saying "GUYS! WE HAVE A EXCLUSIVE CHARACTER REVEAL COMING TO UPUPDOWNDOWN!!"

Only to be like, "Lol, nah... Here's that returning character from INJ1 that pretty much has the same moveset as last game..."
