Question Will Rain have any spoken dialogue

it's only trivial, i know, but i really hope that rain isn't a mute like skarlet and kenshi, they're cool characters don't get me wrong, but with someone as huge as rain i can't help but feel it'd be a waste if he hasn't got any spoken words in his intro, after x-ray etc, anyone agree or am i just nitpicking? given they keep him as a prince in the new storyarc i'd love it if he were to have something really smarmy to say

All signs point to him being mute though, well just have to wait and see.

After his X-ray containing a watery current of saltwater engulfing the opponent, he will say "Stay Salty!"

I was wondering about this as well, actually. I'd bet he'd be without spoken dialogue if Skarlet n' Kenshi are anything to go by. It's too bad, I was hoping for a "When it rains, it pours!" intro as others have suggested.
