Why isn't cartwheel punishable on block?

I don't understand this. Sonya gets a free wakeup/anti-rushdown tool with absolutely no risk (-3 frames is not a risk). KL got nerfed, why hasn't Sonya had this fixed?

not everything can be punishable by block. Just work on your footsies and anticipate the cartwheel and ull avoid it and punish with a full combo.

It's not free risk. You can space it out or njp it and punish it with a full combo. Kung Lao's spin is 6 frames and anti-airs so it's not comparable.

It actually DOES anti air sometimes, but yeah, blocking a +0 lunging safe launcher with armor is the last thing you want against sonya.
