Why is green lantern so easy to block

Am I missing something or what most of his moves are really slow and telegraphed it just seems like i can block him one hunna percent of the time and people can block me one hunna percent of the time - why and what can he do thats hard 2 block

his b1 seems slower but all you do is hold down his overheads be way slow f3 is way slow
if you see overhead just switch 2 overhead
