Depends on where you do the d.1. If they're in the corner they can, but d.1, d.2, d.3, f.2.d, 11, 2, etc can't be push blocked from more than 1 CL away because the hitbox is further than the pushblock'a activation range. D.1 naturally has a shifting hitbox because regardless of range it'll push you to that distance in block. If you're close it'll push you further than if you were mid-leg
Hence why I don't care about the new Sinestro tech.
