That's how I feel about Cyrax.
And Bartitsu, but my problem would be more getting outzoned by everyone and their mother.
It would've made my Top 10, but I almost never see anyone doing anything but making people guess with Monkey Flips. @FOREVER EL1TE alone warrants making sure Dualist makes my list.
When they make MK11, I hope Liu keeps the good/evil Fireballs forever.
