Which characters have the best 'resets'/restands?

Noob has a baked in restand with his b1,1+3xxbf2. I was wondering if you guys found any other good resets / restands for other characters?

Cage's nut punch is probably the best restand. Leaves you at +5. I'm fairly certain it's the most plus restand. Kabal has one too that's pretty good.

Johnny and Jax have restands that leave you +5. Next best I can think of is Skarlet's at +4. I know there are others, but I don't have the exact frame data.

Scorp can choose to end ex spear combos in 21 which i believe is plus 18.

Geras has one with his f1, 1+3, places them a little too far though, better to just finish string or special cancel it imo

Johnny and Noob have +5 restands. Johnny’s is better because it leaves the opponent close enough where they have to guess whether you’ll use a normal or a throw- throw beats any normal they can do, as does his d4. So they can play a throw break coin flip or a duck/don’t duck coin flip.

Noob’s is + 55!off of b1, 1+3 spirit ball, but it puts them too far for mixups. Noob has to dash giving the opponent time to get out.

Kabal and Liu Kang have restands off hook extend and bike kick respectively, but they’re only +1.

Skarlet has a restand in one variation from cell siphon, but it costs a bar and is only +4. It also puts them at an awkward distance where you can’t guarantee a throw, or space her long range normals safely.

D'vorah's BF4 is +4.

Cassie's is +2, but it gives you enough time and puts you far enough to either bait a wakeup or grab.

That’s not even true, I don’t know why I said that, Geras f1,1+3 restand puts you at perfect range lol
