Why the hell did so many people vote for Hydro?

Rain exists, Hydro would be ultra redundant.

I mean, that's like saying Raiden makes Rain ultra redundant, because they both have lightning powers. Or Cetrion makes Geras, Tremor, Rain, Fujin, Kitana, Kung Lao, Liu Kang, Shang Tsung, and Scorpion ultra redundant because she has earth, water, wind, and fire powers, respectively.

I sure hope not.
