I think Skarlet vs. Sub is slightly in Skarlet's favor. mainly because she shuts down almost all of Sub's options, including corner game, if she has meter while also staying safe (or iaBD w/o meter). I don't think she can build meter as fast as people think in this MU. Ice Ball is a bad trade for Skarlet, unless you can do iaD consistently. Also Skarlet can push away from the corner with her combos/blockstrings.
