Sorry if the title may be wrong, if so just tell me but I've been labbing negative edge a lot lately and how you can input the actual buttons in before the actual directional inputs , but while I was playing sektor I noticed you can enter 2+R2 and db with no meter and the move will actually come out. I tried this without it on and nothing came out, here's a example. And if you have the meter it automaticly options selects to EX

You can also do the same with all the starters that include 2. (F2,b2,s2) by simply entering these strings:
F(R2)2DB , 2(R2)DB , B(R2)DB
