Using a ps4 hitbox on an xbox one

I'm looking to see if anyone has had success using a ps4 hitbox controller on xbox one. I heard you can use a cronusmax or brooks adapter, but has anyone here done it successfully without latency or lag input?

I appreciate your reply. It looks like the boards are mainly sold out. Is it possible to use the brooks converter or cronusmax? Or will I likely have lag input?

You can find the board on eBay. There's no Brook adapters that support the Hitbox. Cronusmax is banned from tournaments, I don't own one.
