Skarlet scientist
In this thread, you will find most of the TYM mad scientists out there, the ones despite monetizing or not, enjoy sharing MK knowledge and have been doing it ever since MK9 became a competitive game, these players will often post tech and new findings on the game whenever necessary, and at least one of their content if not many has been front paged on TYM for many years before, so be sure to follow these players channels if you haven't already to keep up with the good stuff they bring often, and with MK11 at its door it also helps to know legit ppl you can trust give you a headstart against those top scrubs out there. But this thread its not for oldschool only, if you feel like you can deliver feel free to share you channel link here so when you start sharing tech ppl can follow as well.

The channels are placed with no particular order, and there is also an insight on what you can find in these channels often.

K&M (PND Ketchup and Mustard Channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/PNDKetchup
Style: Commented Video Montage guides, Video Casts tutorials, Combo videos, straight to the point tech sharing.
Intro: Ketchup and Mustard have been very actively doing Mortal Kombat content, they are very versatile and cover a lot of areas from Community scenes, lore to actual competitive tech which rolls among circles like TYM players, they also explain tech very well to understand at any level, which makes a very friendly channel to hang on, K&M channels resembles what that blasted salami does for tekken, the variety of tech content may come in multiple forms including the classic Video Casts which was started by Tom Brady and REO back in MK9 days.

MK_REO (R.E.O. Youtube's channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/NEWYORKJOSEPH
Style: Video Casts tutorials, troll video montages, podcasts, straight to the point TS
Intro: Since MK9 REO has been a very active tech sharing player back since his Kabal days, he became more versatile as time went on specially on MKX and he will definitely share more tech when MK11 drops, REO shares tech mostly in form of video casts, basically he comments as he executes, and sometimes he just shares a tech with no comment when video title its self explanatory, REO also does podcasts usually with Tom and M2dave and hangouts on his twitch page where he is very friendly to his followers

MK Tom Brady (Tom Brady Youtube Channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/RealMKTomBrady
Style: The original Video Casts tutorial, Lengendary Audio Logs.
Intro: Tom Brady its an OG and he is among the most informative MK youtube content creators, Tom shares tech actively specially if you play Sub-Zero or Aquaman, his channel has always boardened beyond just characters and sometimes Tom also makes videos about general game issues when necessary, ocasionally Tom makes some long audio logs which are always interesting to hear.

Check (The Reset man channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/CHECK4900
Style: Combo videos, tech among combo videos, glitch researcher, Combo Machine
Intro: If you have any combo video to share, remember, Check did it first, did you found a glitch? Check already did, Check its a combo machine which has been sharing Mortal Kombat combo videos with or without glitches with particular situational scenarios those can be triggered with mostly if not every single character in the game, hes also an execution monster and there isn't a combo in MK games check didn't do it, a usual place to find useful combos specially if those are activated by glitches, Check always brings a twist to the meta, a channel worth checking out when MK11 drops, which is a game ppl say it has no combos, just wait until check touches the game. Check works as a game tester.

ETC/ Mcfly (Mcfly Youtube Channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/ETCChile
Style: Combo videos, Combo Artist, Kung lao tech, anything Kung Lao related to combos damage, research
Intro: Elite team chile is a channel run by ETC Mcfly, which is the Kung Lao Monster from chile, whenever there is Kung there is mcfly, he also adds something extra to Kung Lao style, the MKX dive kick 2, 1 combo ender its just one of his many reportories, if you main the character this channel is worth checking out considering Mcfly its a very active Kung Lao player.

Eddy Wang (My own youtube channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/DamageXcaling
Style: Combo guides, video casts, Video Montage tutorials, troll compilations, Straight to the point TS
Intro: A channel that teaches Mortal Kombat the same way MK Deadly Alliance and Deception made konquest guides in order to differenciate itself from the rest, Eddy Wang has been doing guides as if they are in game tutorials, as someone who has been playing Mortal Kombat since kid, Eddy understands the very frustrations of new players getting into fighting games so his tutorials outside of video casts which is something he got from Tom Brady, always display aditional information which otherwise it would pass undetected by new players such as video hints, audio cues to help execution timings, video huds with specifics and new terms to help understand technical aspects of the game, goes from character guides, combo guides, general gameplay mechanics balancing issues and in general game errors, sometimes make video casts in other languages as well such as portuguese. Good channel to check if you are starting up, or looking for particular tech on characters Eddy might main, or trying to understand certain aspects of the game in more detail.

Tony-T (Tony-T's youtube channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/TONYTTT
Style: Combo artist, tech monster, glitch researcher, Combo machine
Intro: Tony-T it's anothe monster which i can't confirm if he ever worked as a game tester before, but he usually finds techs and very good combos, he is placed on the same category as Mcfly and Check, Tony-T has covered every NRS ever since with multiple characters, a channel worth checking out, specially because combos are always hard to find, but not for Tony-T.

JAP (JAP's youtube channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/yagami0681
Style: Combo Artist, Glitch researcher, Combo Machine
Intro: JAP played Shang Tsung in MK9 and had a lot of ideas with the character, he also covered MKX with a lot of combo videos, under the same category as Tony-T, Check, ETC Mcfly

Shujinkydink (Dink's youtube channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/shujinkydink
Style: Video Casts, General discussion, Straight to the point TS
Intro: Dink has his channel going for a while, he does streams, and anything interesting he has been working on and he feels like sharing he does, he also voices his opinion to things in general, teaches people how to play, and also do characters breakdowns from time to time.

Red Raptor (Raptor's youtube channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/RedRaptor10
Style: Combo Guides, tech finder, Video Montage tutorials, Straight to the point TS
Intro: straight to the point no rodeos, Red has been sharing tech for ages he does by his sponsored name now Noble Raptor to represent his team, as one of the ogs and tech finders on TYM, he once decided he could go bigger and went out there to compete and made an even bigger name for himself, kid its a known prodigy and worked as a tester for Injustice 2 after his MKXL career. Red will be posting tech for MK11, which he already confirmed so his channel its really worth checking it out.

Sonic Fox (Sonic Fox Channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/SonicFox5000
Style: Video Casts, Podcasts, video archives
Intro: Sonic started making content before MK11 and he recently explained footsies, not sure if he plans to keep going with MK11, but if he decides to do it, then this is a channel you will want to keep tabs on, there isn't much to add to it, we all know who sonic fox is, he started here on TYM with us, and acended to more than just NRS player, he doesn't share tech often and the same can be said about many top players, in any case if more players decided to make this a stepping stone we will add more channels to it.

Honeybee (Flash god Youtube channel): https://www.youtube.com/user/HoneyBeeCommandeur
Style: Video Casts, Tech Finder, Straight to the Point TS
Intro: Honeybee has been very active since last year making content creation, he did gave us the first impressions of MK11 along with Grr and Dragon, and he continues to do so, since the stress test and the beta, and he will continue to do so when the time comes, be sure to check his channel. Honeybee its supposed to play D'Vorah initially, but he also loved Baraka so far.

Circus (Circus's Youtube Channel): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbMcQaINMmOmygybcSY5W6g
Style: Commented Video Montage Guides (to be updated)
Intro: Circus has been very actively with MK11 and started a channel to breakdown tech, overall strategy and character specifics on his youtube as much as possible, so be sure to check him out when the game drops you might get surprised. Just like K&M Circus Channel ressembles a lot the same method That Blasted Salami uses to breakdown videos.

Badge of honors to the below players which i can't find their YT channels or out of activity
Tyler Lantern: Tyler was an active combo artist back in the MK9 era and used to post a lot of combos, he moved on with his life, not sure if he will return
J360: Another researcher which used to post really good content specially regarding the cyborgs or Kano, i can't find J360 channel
Pig Of the Hut: Before the TYM and NRS drama Pig used to be a very active member and he had a series going in the beginning of the game which used to teach the basics of the MKX system, making aware of other scenes across the globe, not sure if his channel is or will be active by then.

If you feel like you can be the next Red or the next JAP don't hesitate to post here so we can make your channel known.
I probably forgot more, if you know any active researcher or tech researcher, tutorial maker who isn't listed here please post so it can be added.

Great idea for a thread! I guess I'll shamelessly plug my stuff. My channel is centered around gaming news, controversies, tutorials, and gameplay so it's kinda a mash of everything nerd-related. But I made a beginner guide for people who are new to FGs:

And a stick vs pad video for those who are wondering what to get:

Understanding combos and execution:

I have playlists separating all the stuff so you can find all the gaming content and streams in the gaming nerd playlist. And I'll make some MK11 stuff once the game is out, character tutorials, tips, etc., I'll make a video for anyone who didn't have the chance to play the stress test or the beta to give some tips and explain the new mechanics.
