i think infiltration picked hakan because he knows crowd loves seeing some oily action. i can't call him counterpicker, it's just that he enjoys learning and playing a lot of different characters, i remember him sticking with chun li at some tournaments where matchups were not in his favour. and sako is not loyalist either, he picked gen and evil ryu against poongko, these guys just love variety. great players
