This f4 is the lamest button in the game. Why is this 9 frames??

Kotal Kahn has a 22 frame fucking high. Sub zero has a 14 frame high. They announced this in december for a reason. Because they rushed the shit out of this game.

How about giving other characters fast mids instead of nerfing the characters with fast mids? Everyone is complaining about how rampant mashing is. Why would you encourage it by nerfing a fast mid? Also what’s left for liu if you nerf his best string?
