How did he get nerfed?

Pretty sure they slowed down his main bf1 projectile a little bit. Maybe it's just me, but I noticed I couldn't hit one of his combos as easily that ends with an extra gunshot right after the patch.

I think Cheetah got hit as well. Her d3 used to catch almost every character at the start of the match, but after that first patch it no longer connects against any character, as far as I know.

There's no stealth nerfs to DS or Cheetah. When the June update came out there was an issue with Supergirl's f+3 and Deadshot's b,f+1. Both were fixed when Red Hood came out.

Sounds like a stealth nerf to me, intentional or not.
I did notice everything went back to normal after RH got released though. Though the bugged WC resulted in less damage on his low starter, but higher damage on his overhead starter.

Can't tell for sure if it was closed at one point or not, but it surely just got necro'ed.
