The Neutral Series: Semiij in Neutral [MKX Mileena]
Despite the new transition to injustice, I felt this thread needed to be made before I transition the neutral series to injustice 2 (It was also the most voted suggestion on TYM from my last neutral series thread). I may return to doing MKX at some point, but as of now it’s very unlikely.
Out of the many players I have watched in MKX, Semiij’s play style was definitely the one I felt stood out the most. Primarily known for his Ethereal Mileena, his playstyle revolves around quick offense, insanely good reactions, and whiff punishes. It is with this offense, and his fast paced gameplay, that he was able to obtain several offline placing’s such as Final Round 20 (4th) at CEO 2016 (4th), and Kumite in Tennessee (5th) as well as win several Kombat Cup online tournaments. The following thread goes though some of the amazing moments of Semiij in neutral as well as other aspects regarding yomi (mind games).
NOTE: It is preferred that this thread is viewed on a computer. On a phone the gifs eat a lot a data, and take a while to load. Also keep in mind the gifs will take a minute to load as well on a computer.
