IF they could, and probably cannot....... just fix the Whole Breathing Hitbox thing... It'd really help a lot out and not just sub-zero's clone either (ANY character whiff problems etc.) I've been pondering this for too too long, why create such a thing thinking it's going to go smoothly, then have to adjust countless hitboxes down the line?
