I see as A as top tier and B as mid tier. I wouldn't call scorpion mid tier.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, NRS did a perfect job with how they buffed Jason. Nothing absolutely over the top that put him into "broken tier" territory.

now this is a list i can actually agree with for once . tho i really feel their should be an A+ tier in there, but otherwise its pretty damn accurate. Maybe move leather face to b-tier? He doesnt feel like a C to me.
